The start of AmeriCorps Week 2019 is just around the corner. From March 10-16 we will celebrate all things AmeriCorps, recognizing the variety of ways the national service program supports and improves communities across the nation.
This is a great time to recognize your members and highlight the service your programs are providing to your area.
We have put together this toolkit to assist you in celebrating and recognizing your members. Feel free to utilize any of the resources, or create your own. You can do something small each day, and/or one big celebration. Be sure to visit CNCS’s AmeriCorps Week portal to find more resources to help you promote your service (including a sample proclamation).
Use the #MadeInAmeriCorps tag to spread the word on social media, and please send us any pictures taken throughout the week.
