Member Spotlight:Sarita is deserving of the Member of the Month award because of her dedication and willingness to get things done!
Since the beginning of the term, Sarita has been punctual and responsible, but this month Sarita demonstrated what it means to be an AmeriCorps member. By serving in the same team as Sarita, I have seen the growth she has made by breaking out of her comfort zone and taking initiative. As soon as she completed her tasks, Sarita would ask her team if there was anything else that she could assist with. She has also stepped up her game when members are absent to ensure that our families receive the best from our program. Being responsible, punctual, dedicated to her service term and continuously open to growth and professional development is why she deserves Member of the Month! |
